Summer dishes with Vogue Editor, Sonal Ved at foodhall

There could be lot of reasons to not like summer buyt there is one reason to love it! Summer is the time to make a change. It is the time to change your diet, experiment with your food and learn some new skills. It is time to indulge in salads, fresh fruits, summery dishes and much more.

Well, i wanted to have a great Summer diet and felt on top of the world when Foodhall answered all my food dillemmas!

Was glad to be part of interactive masterclass on light & vibrant summer salads at Foodhall with Food Editor of Vogue India, Sonal Ved. Sonal comes with over 10+ years of experience with newspapers and magazines in India. She is not only author of two of the most succesful books namely,  Tiffin: 500 Authentic Recipes Celebrating India’s Regional Cuisine and Gujju Goes Gourmet, India’s first cookbook on a phone but also a pro when it comes to masterclasses.

I can still savour the taste of the amazing Summer dishes she created and served. A session which was pure love in this scorching heat. Learned to make healthy and flavoursome salads like grilled cottage and quinoa salad, baby kale and goat cheese salad among others to which paved me all the ways to keep cool this summer.
