The princess of chocolate herself, MasterChef Australia 2015 winner, Billie McKay!
She took us through her journey of MasterChef, what inspired her to become a chocolatier and how her passion helped her win the competition. She also shared her knowledge about the whole processing of a cocoal bean through a journey room, to help the participants understand the chemistry behind cooking the perfect chocolate.
She also demonstrated her famous Pavlova and encouraged us to make our own versions of it.
Fabelle did a wonderful job as a part of Societe De Chocolat to impart and share such a wonderful experience with all the chocolate enthusiasts.
