Quick Recipe: 10 Minute Prawn Mayo Sandwich


Multigrain Bread – 4 pieces

ITC Masterchef Prawns – 1 packet of medium prawns

Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons

Chilli Flakes – sprinkle as needed

Oregano – 1/4 Teaspoon

Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Fried garlic – 1/2 teaspoon

Onion – 1 whole onion

Tomato – 1 whole tomato

Rock salt – as needed


Step 1: Cook the ITC Masterchef prawns for 30-45 seconds or till they turn slightly pink, do not overlook.

Step 2: In a bowl mix the mayo, chopped prawns, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onions, tomatoes, chilli flakes and fried garlic. Mix well.

Step 3: Fill your multigrain bread with it and enjoy!
