Ingredients
Quaker Oats – 2 cups
Organic Atta – 1/2 cup
Honey – 3 Tablespoons
Brown Sugar – 1 cup
Raisins – 1/2 cup
Almonds (crushed) – 1/2 cup
Banana (very ripe) – 1 nos.
Milk – 1/2 cup or Quaker Milk + Oats – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1 nos. or Egg whites – 2 nos.
Vanilla extract – 1 Tablespoon
Baking powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
Method

Mix all ingredients together.

Place on a baking mat or aluminium foil and leave to dry for 5 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven for 5 mins at 180 degree C.

Bake for 30 mins.

Store in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days.
