This eatery is located at backside of Galleria Market and is a recent entrant. The best part of the food is it is not like the usual restaurant stuff. They have an open kitchen behind the Glass wall and one can see it all. Therefore, you are the food inspector here and can judge the hygiene standards.
The rolls are not loaded with spice and oil, very easy on stomach. They do not load the rolls with oil, which is usually the case. Their roll is very simple to described. Stuffing, say chicken tikka is wrapped in rumali roti, that’s it.
Every tasty this does not need to be complex. The preparation well displayed that, stick to the basics and the results are always good. Stuffing is well flavoured and compliments the roti. This is actually their USP. Most of the rolls I had till the day are actually very thick laccha paratha, which is overloaded with oil forms the outer core.
They do not have much on their menu, but whatever they serve is good. Better to have quality then quantity. They are lot of restaurants, which struggle to create the difference between Paneer Butter Masala, Kadai Paneer, Shahi Paneer, at least this place does not face this issue.
It is a small eatery and has an Islamic influence. Islamic Prayers, thanking the supreme power are framed and hanged on the walls. The place is very neat and clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and very polite. Overall a good place to have a quick bite.
On Sundays they have a special menu which includes Mutton Kofta and Haleem, don’t miss on that. They also have a veg options like Veg Keema and Paneer Roll and they are good as well.
Happy Eating… 🙂
