Healthy Smoothie Recipe: Pineapple – Banana – Dates Smoothie

Ingredients 

Banana – 1

Dates – 2

Pineapple – 2 slices

Cherries – 4

Blueberries – 6

Kiwi – 1/2

Honey – To taste

Greek Yoghurt – 200 ml

Milk – if you need the smoothie to be runny.

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
