Christmas Recipe: Linzer Jam Tart

250 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes

60 g (4 tbsp) Butter (unsalted), melted

50 ml Water

150 g Mixed Fruit Jam




  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix bake mix, melted butter & water. Knead until dough is smooth.
  3. Grease & flour a 7inch dia. round baking pan. Roll out half of the dough slightly bigger than the baking pan & stick overlapping part to the sides to prevent jam from overflowing.
  4. Spread jam on the rolled dough. Roll out rest of the dough & cut in 10-12 pieces & place it in a grid like pattern on top of the jam.
  5. Bake for 30mins. or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
