Christmas Recipe: Rum Brownies


Serves: 4


250 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix Brownie

20 Butter (unsalted), melted

75 ml Water

25 ml Rum

50 g Cashewnut, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a rectangular 8inch square baking tray with greased baking paper.
  3. In a bowl add brownie mix, melted butter, water, rum and cashewnut. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
  4. Immediately pour batter in the baking tray & smoothen it.
  5. Bake for 25mins. or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Cut and serve warm.
