As the temperature dips in Delhi, it is time to raise the temperature at Guppy with the sizzling hot Winter menu. Chef Vikram Khatri and his team bring the best of the season to tantalize the taste buds and beat the cold wave off!
The awards winning team of chefs have introduced Battera Sushi – hand pressed sushi and the Omasake Vegetarian Sushi for the vegetarian folks out there. Relish dishes cooked in ceramic pots – Tobanyaki, introduced in the menu.
It is a fare suited for both vegetarians and meat lovers; with sizzling Mushroom Tobanyaki Stone Pot, Sushi Rice Crisp – rice cakke topped with kimchi, avocado & smoked pumpkin, Seaweed, MIzuna and Daikon salad and the favorite Guppy House Salad for the vegetarians. The meat lovers will enjoy the best produce from the Andaman in a Lobster and Seafood soup to start with, Grilled Rock Lobster in spicy shisho butter, Tuna and Avocado Poke as the new additions and Karashi Chicken and Bacon casserole make their re-entry as last year hits. Then there is Lamb Tobanyaki and Slow Cooked Tuna Steak to deal with!
To end everything on a sweet note, there is a Warm Carrot Cake with mascarpone frosting – drooling already. Can’t wait to get our hands on!
The chefs at Guppy just won the National Sushi Championship 2016 organised by JETRO along with IFCA and are going to Tokyo to compete in the World Sushi Cup. The new menu from the best makes it all the more worthy, doesn’t it?
