Firey Grills is one of the very few fine dine restaurants in faridabad . It is an à-là- carte multicuisine restaurant which delivers what it promises. It is located in the oldest mall of faridabad i.e The Crown Plaza mall . The interiors of the place are minimalistic yet elegant. With simple wood furniture and subtl walls , the place seems to have an old charm and an earthern look . It has a non – alcoholic live bar for refreshing and summery mocktails which tend to tease your eyes as they look exremely beautiful and taste amazing !! As far as the food goes , it extends it span from chinese to italian to indian and ofcourse – continental.
For starters , i ordered tiranga paneer tikka and soy masala chap while my friend ordered crispy chilli mushroom and grilled chicken . Te starters were made with finess and were absolutely lip smacking !! For the main course i ordered north indian food including ghar ki daal , paneer lababdar , chilli chicken and assorted breads . They were cooked perfectly and were totally delicious . Special mention goes to the tirnaga paneer tikka and ghar ki dal which were outstanding and are a definite must try.
For the deserts , i ordered their signature fried ice – cream , hot gulab jamun and phirni . While gulam jamun and friend ice cream were delectable and gooey , at the same time phirni was a bit overchurned and seem to have lost its grainy and soft melt in mouth texture . The service is really good and the staff along with the manager is also very warm and welcoming . The restaurant menu seems fairly priced and offers a whole lot of diversity in terms of cuisines and delicacies. All in all , my experience was quite good at the place and it is surely recommended.
