Tandoori Pomfret marinated in spices and yogurt and cooked in tandoor, Tawa Bater Masala, Saag Ghost with fresh spinach and mustard leaves, Keema Matar, Methi Murgh and the very interesting Kadhi Chicken are some items from the non-vegetarian menu that you can gorge on!
For the vegetarians there are delights like Kathal ke Chaap, Sarson da saag, Aloo methi and Gajar Matar – all sourced by the fresh produce of the season and a bit of Dhaba swag and twist.
