Lucknowi Food Festival @ The Great Kabab Factory, Park Plaza Noida

Park Plaza continues its tradition of delighting foodies with yet another exciting food festivals. Park Plaza Noida is now featuring The Lucknowi Food Festival at The Great Kabab Factory. Authentic delicacies of Lucknow, with festive decor makes it a gastronomical delight.
Situated on the first floor, it has an amazing poolside and a great view. A bright mirror menu welcomes you and as the door opens, your nose becomes your guiding GPS.

The interiors are simple, comforting with the added touch of bright triangle flags and carefully positioned props to indicate that you are here at the Lucknowi Food Festival.

The live Kitchen is a mesmerizing sight if seated near it. You can see your food being prepared there. Thats not all, the starters are all displayed in way you might find them at Lucknow’s Chowk/Hussainabad and Aminabad area.

With lovely Lucknowi style cocktails, which stood out was ‘Sharabi Lassi’. An absolute delight and breath of fresh air.

The Awadhi Cuisine is an amalgam of rich spices and exotic flavours. The menu at The Great Kabab Factory changes every day.

We savoured the Non-Veg Galouti Kabab, Raan-E-Murgh, Samundari Shooley, Adarki Panje, Lemon Garlic Chicken, Hussaini Seekh, Lazeez Paneer Tikka and Dhore Khumb Ke Kabab for starters.

The Main course was Murgh Biryani, Dal Tadka and Moong Gosht. Served with the quintessential mixed vegetable raita, various chutney and the three pots of dal, paneer, Haleem.

Served with an assorted bread basket, they ensure the food comes to your plate piping hot.
If you are tandoor fan, you must not miss out this festival.

The dessert is extraordinary. From Gile-E-Firdos, Gulab Jamun, Tinka Kulfi, to Pan – Ice Cream and Chukandar Ka Halwa.

Awadhi cuisine is native to the city of Nawabs ‘Lucknow’, which has been greatly influenced by Mughal cooking techniques. Awadhi Cuisine involves the dum style of cooking or the art of cooking over a slow fire. The richness of Awadh cuisine lies not only in the variety of cuisine but also in the ingredients used like mutton, paneer, and rich spices, which include cardamom and saffron.
