Review “Raftaar”- The High Speed Lounge & Bar

A new place has just debuted in town @ Punjabi Bagh, to bring to the natives a completely fresh hangover, with an ambiance that never stops partying and whose moto is to celebrate like there is no tomorrow. An unending journey of the most happening revels occurring in town, this place is here to make its way to an exceedingly amazing destination.

From the makers of Sense of Spirits & White Waters, brings the furious and the speedy “Raftaar”, the ultimate party lounge that is not going to stop any moment soon. enigmatic yet beautiful interiors, very much conceptualized to the very aspect of Speed and agility.

While entering, the venue has the panorama of wider perspective so it wont be noticed but the entrance itself says it all as the entrance is adjacent to a sitting along with a TV lounge that actually has an entrance of an Audi (German Car manufacturer) Logo, which clearly gives the ideology of this place as the venue eventually has 2 floors. Ground floor for live bar, Live screening for live matches of different sports and  an ample space for anyone to book a party and dance and with moderate sitting arrangement to go along with an all together allocations.

The 1st floor, is meant for the fine dining type of deal, where one can enjoy the multiple logos of different automobile brands logos and that it can also be adjudged by the picture above that the 1st floor is crafted in a very abstract manner and also meant for family dinner or functions as well. the Live DJ is on the first floor and the music is very very appealing and the ambiance is extremely happening.

It also has an outside sitting arena which is meant for smoking and chilling out purpose again. Also the perfect view of the entire market is available from this spot.

Coming down to the food business, the place and its owners have always considered the food to be the primary aspect and which is why every project of there has been a sure shot hit, and here as well I was blown away by the taste and the quality along with quantity served. To be precise and explanatory, the pictures might be able to define my ineffability in a more absolute manner:

To say anything about the dishes and the drinks is an equal insult as to say anything about a master chef, the dishes and the taste was inevitably extraordinary and the drinks were exceedingly refreshing.

We ordered : virgin mojito, Thai vegetable spring rolls, crispy corn (the best corn I can ever have), crostini 3 way (bruschetta with different toppings),  club veg sandwich, makhani pasta, fungi apollo pizza, chicken south west and after all this we had the best part which was as always, the dessert section that had, Deconstruction of Tiramisu and Alive by brownie Sundae.

As mentioned earlier, the more I speak about it the less I can think as it makes me get lost in the stunning aura of this place and its food. simply and subtly loved it.
