Health Alert: Left Side Chest Pain?

Are You Experiencing Left Side Chest Pain?

Always make sure what you are experiencing is pain and not just a muscle pull or tingling.
If it is indeed pain, be concern as it may be a heart attack. However, it can be many other things such as:

Acidity, Gas and Heartburn

If you have been eating irregularly and skipping meals acidity, gas and heartburn can be the cause of pain.

Hiatal Hernia

Weight Gain

If your weight has increased or isn’t in the normal BMI range it may lead to chest pains as your heart is working harder to pump blood.

If you have diabetes you may have pains in your chest and you will need to change your diet, workout and lower your alcohol intake.

Quit smoking or try to reduce it if you are experiencing such pains as smoking may be the cause.

Respiratory Tract Related Problems

If you are suffering from asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia or TB, you may also experience chest pains. This may be accompanied by coughing, breathlessness and uneasiness.
