So I’m out today but that doesn’t mean I’ve given up on ensuring that this will be a fit day. I’m at Tian @ ITC Maurya today and the food so far has been wonderful but the trick to staying fit is to taste everything and to avoid over stuffing.
Daikan Nimono, baked wasabi chickpeas, roasted onion mash, mandarin. This dish was phenomenal and it killed me to have only a bite but that’s what having a healthy life is all about. Balance is the word. When you are bombarded with loads of good things to eat make sure you shrink the portion size.
I missed my 7000 steps today and I don’t feel good about that but I’ll be back on track tomorrow.
