Day 3: #365FitDays – Proteins

As the day goes by I like to switch to a high protein meal because that satisfies me, fills me and I also lose some weight the following morning morning.


My dinner is rich in proteins. I have lean chicken meat, egg whites and sprouts. The salad is dressed with Greek yoghurt, French mustard and is seasoned with parsley, chilli, an Italian seasoning mix and salt.
