Now I can’t drink a cup of tea?

Recent researches claim that very hot beverages may cause cancer. World Health Organization (WHO) has found in recent studies that people who consume hot tea, coffee, etc. on a regular basis may be susceptible to developing cancer in the esophagus.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the cancer agency of WHO, claims that very hot beverages are “probably carcinogenic to humans.”

I have 7-8 cups of tea a day. I don’t drink and I don’t smoke. This is a disaster as today I feel like I can’t do anything I like! I tried drinking my tea as cold as it could possibly be without tasting repulsive. I even kept it in my mouth for a moment before I swallowed it! Apparently, drinking beverages at or above 149 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius) causes cancer.
