Weight Loss Journey: Day 28: Sticking to the Diet

You are gonna have lots of people around you and they are gonna be eating things you really wanna eat. Your diet is gonna get harder and harder because you are bound to be tempted. Temptation isn’t a bad thing at all but giving in to temptation and being engulfed by it is the worst. 

  
You are gonna have to be strong. A bite of chocolate cake in a month won’t kill your diet but a whole slice may mess with your head. Remember how hard it has been to shed every kilo? Why ruin that with a slice of cake? If you feel like having something sweet drink some coconut water and always remember; “a moment on your lips forever on your hips!”
