Weight Loss Journey: Day 20: Exercising at Night

  I find it very peaceful to exercise at night, the gym is empty, I can listen to my music as loud as I like and I can use any equipment I like the way I like it! No judgement, no questions and absolutely no small talk. Exercising at night is bliss. 

I realised that my fruit intake wasn’t good enough so I drank a large glass of blueberries, apple, yoghurt and milk smoothie today. It energised me completely.
