Weight Loss Journey: Day 12: Crying

There will come a time during your intense workouts where you will just break down and hate every bite of food you ate that got you to this point. Working out is hard especially if you are attempting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It is a 20 minute workout that will kill you every second. 

  
I tried the 30 day shred today and felt extremely shitty. It was a disaster. That workout kills you. My sister encouraged me to keep going and even if it is for just 10 minutes a day. I will do it because I know it will get better everyday. Consistency is key.

My diet:

Breakfast: bread, egg, tea 

Mid morning: green tea

Lunch: salad, chicken, green tea

Snack: cereal bar, tea

Dinner: salad, chicken 

The progress seems good as I have lost a kilo- #Yay.
