Weight Loss Journey: Day 8

I woke up quite early today. I wanted to take it easy today so I decided to eat healthy all day and then in the evening go for a run. 

Breakfast

Tea, 2 Marie biscuits, 2 pieces of bread and egg

Lunch

  

2 rotis, mutton curry, mixed veg, lots of salad

Snack

Yea and Marie biscuits

Dinner

Milk with Nestle Fitness
