Weight Loss Journey: Day 6

Tried to go running on the beach but changed my mind and decided to go biking.    

 Dubai Marina has the nicest biking track. I reached at around 9:30 am. It was quite sunny. I biked for about an hour an a half. I wanted to ride for a little bit longer but I got a call from my sister and she wanted to spend the day out.    

 I came back home and made the most healthy thickies for us with bananas, kiwis, Greek yoghurt and a drip of full fat milk. 

I ate breakfast at 7:30 am, egg, multi grain bread and tea. Yesterday I had a lot of grilled salmon with rotis and salad for lunch and dinner. I was craving something sweet so I had a small blob of homemade strawberry jam with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of oats. 

I’m gonna get ready now and I’m gonna have a very active day. Have fun!
