I didn’t sleep all that well last night because my aunt has cancer and my mom has been stressed. There are a lot of other such problems that kept me up at night.
Just because I couldn’t go for my morning walk I’m not gonna quit. I had a moderately healthy day yesterday and today too I will make sure I stay on my diet.
My Breakfast was two pieces of multigrain bread with egg and tea. I will try and have a very active day today and will go for my beach walk in the evening.
Yesterday we ordered some food from Sapori Di Bice.
I just had a bite out of it because it all looked very tempting but my family really enjoyed it. It is very tempting to stray off your diet when you see the people around you eating tasty things but always remember – “a moment on your lips, forever on your hips!”
The most important thing I’ve learnt is that you shouldn’t avoid outside food because it is fattening, you should avoid it because they use MSGs and that is worse than fat.
Lunch will be something like rotis and a mixed vegetable and dinner will most likely be a sandwich. I can’t stop having tea so I’ll continue with that.
