I am a food blogger and I love to eat. Most of my meals are at a restaurant and even when I’m home I cook something so delicious that everyone ends up overeating.
I am no stranger to losing weight, exercising and eating healthy. I used to weight 95 kilos (210 lbs) and I lost a lot of weight and reached my target of 54 kilos (120 lbs). It took me a year and a half and I did it slowly and steadily by mending my diet, working out and meditating.
I have gained some weight again and this time I am not being able to motivate myself to lose it. I now weigh 68 kilos (150 lbs) and am dying to go back to my healthy weight. I need help which is why I have decided to document my final (hopefully!) weight loss journey on my blog.
It isn’t easy for me to sleep early but last night I convinced myself to do it. I slept for 10 hours (OMG!) and woke up at 6:30 am.
I cooked some really healthy pongal in 1 spoon of oil with a few cashewnuts and drank a cup of tea. I am now on my way out for a long walk on the beach.
My diet:
Breakfast:
Pongal, tea and two marie biscuits.
Mid Morning Breakfast (after walk):
Multi-grain bread, salad and low-fat cheese single with tea.
Lunch
Roti with chicken curry and a small chicken salad.
Snack
Tea with marie biscuits
Dinner
Chicken Sandwich
Snack
Dry Mulberries
