I’ve never made a crepe in my life and I haven’t even read it’s recipe anywhere but to me it looks a lot like a thin pancake so that’s what I’m sharing the recipe for.
Eggs – 2 large
Brown Sugar – 4 tablespoons
Baking powder – a pinch
All purpose flour – 4 tablespoons
Butter – 1 stick
Full fat milk – 3/4 cup (add more if the batter is too thick)
Separate egg whites from yellows and whisk them separately. The egg whites should be whisked to hard peaks consistency.
Add sugar, flour, baking powder, melted butter, milk and whisk and fold in the egg whites.
Your batter is ready, watch the video and make crepes.
