Airport Lounge Review: Plaza Premium Lounge, New Delhi 

Chef Ankit Mangla is a wonderfully welcoming person. He has years of experience and puts a lot of thought into curating recipes that are bound to be loved by all.

Plaza Premium Lounge at the New Delhi airport sees 1000s of customers each month and since the place has been doing so well I have to give a lot of the credit to its talented chef. 

Even though we did not have a lot of time before take off we enjoyed a nice cup of beautifully fragranced tea that I desperately wanted because of my flu.

Then came a lot of delicious looking starters, my favourite of course was the “Prawn Bruschetta” among many others and the “Coconut Rasgulla” – inspired.
