Enlightening the very concept of `Navratri`, as `Navratri` is a festival dedicated to the worship of the Hindu deity Durga. The word Navratri means ‘nine nights’. During these nine nights and ten days, nine forms of Devi are worshiped. The tenth day is commonly referred to as Vijayadashami or “Dussehra”. Navratri is an important major festival and is celebrated all over India. Now after giving a small glimpse of the festivity it’s time to dig into the realm of taste and food, as this place and its food have always kept up their standards of excellence and worthiness.
This venue the GlassHouse @ Hilton Garden Inn, Gurgaon has always been at par excellence in their services and food quality and the way this Navratri Brunch was organised and executed in a well versed manner as every guest was attended and every staff member was on their toe, a spectacular performance of some amazing vocal skills by one of the staff members and the chef literally spilled the beans of deliciousness factor onto every dish that was served or was on the frontier. Presentation of dishes and quality of overall experience was really good, the staff was not only cheerful but also delighted by the presence of every patron on board. While the dishes meant for Navratri Brunch were marvelously cooked, skipping my way all through, towards the dessert, undoubtedly the real deal.
As festivals is all about sweets and sweet tooth, the desserts were really good and crave busting.
